VANESA DZEVDETBEGOVIC
Co-Founder
Architect & Workplace Strategist
“I am passionate about diving into the psychology of employees; understanding makes them tick, observing how they work. Workplace strategy can provide deep insight into the culture of a company and it’s needs. My job is to observe, define, and articulate the current state vs. desired goals, and use these findings to influence the design of the office. Architecture is most successful when it has a clear concept and functionally caters to the end user.“
Raised in San Francisco Bay Area, Vanesa Dzevdetbegovic completed her degree in Architecture at UC Berkeley, with a concentration on the social and cultural basis of architectural design.
Through her practice at IA Interior Architects as a Workplace Strategist and lead Designer, she worked on large-scale workplace projects for prominent technology companies including Google, Hewlett Packard Enterprises and several co-working spaces for Industrious. With over 10 years of experience, her professional skill set encompasses all aspects of leading projects from early visioning to completion.
Vanesa uses a systemic approach when analyzing the interconnected network of macro environmental factors- social, political, economic, and technological climates in the workplace to offer strategic recommendations and design solutions uniquely tailored to clients.
